Two Male Lions Separating a Baby Cape Buffalo from it's Mother

These are the photos of a lifetime. While in Masai Mara we spotted two male lions overlooking a herd of  cape buffalo about 2 kilometers away. The lions were just sniffing the breeze. You could barely see the herd off in the distance.

Somehow they knew.

While we watched them, watching the herd, a cape buffalo had separated from the herd and was giving birth …

    The action doesn’t stop there. There are more photos coming. Photos that you can’t believe. I may put them in a separate gallery. The action gets intense.
